Navigating Job Offers in Fashion

I’m in the final stages of interviewing with two different fashion brands and feeling the pressure to make the right move. One is a well-known luxury label focused on sustainability, while the other is a fresh up-and-coming streetwear brand with a vibrant culture. How do you weigh brand image versus career growth potential when choosing? Would love to hear your thoughts.

It really comes down to what you value more at this stage. I chose a brand with a vibrant culture early in my career, which paid off because I learned a ton quickly. If sustainability is essential to you, maybe explore how each role will influence that focus.

Choosing between a luxury brand’s sustainability focus and streetwear’s vibrant culture can be tough! I think career growth is key, especially early on, so consider where you’d learn the most. Have you thought about the long-term impact on your portfolio? @hlee1995.
